karatekid1975
In your info, you study TKD. Some TKD schools do that stuff. Or you can do Extreme Martial Arts or Wushu. I like to try some of the tricks (I learned a couple), but I'm getting to old for that (bum knees and hip). Good luck to ya, tho. Laurie F
MartialArthur
Yes, taekwondo should provide you with what you are looking for. In my school it is optional to do the aerial kicks, but I'm more than happy to teach those who want to try (usually the 13 - 25 year olds). Our workouts are definitely aerobic...we keep the class moving and keep the heart rates up.The over 30's also get an aerobic workout, but they typically don't do the flashy kicks. They just want to learn how to take care of business...

ninjanurse
Ditto Laurie! TKD or wushu would be excellent choices as would any school that has and XMA curriculum. I was originally a Shotokan practitioner who took up TKD to improve cardio and flexibility for kumite. I became hooked and 14 years later am still a TKD fan! WTFl TKD is a blend of both worlds for me! b3n
Wushu is the first that comes to mind, but I dont know a wide range of flashy MA. Maybe gymnastics would best suit you? My Nidan Grading!
