Fa Jing

Fa jing is a kind of vibration to try and utilise the whole body mass behind a punch. (Kind of like when you sneeze). It's the kind of energy relese that allows big power to be generated from small distances (one inch punch). To be honest I feel it's just good body dynamics, rather than relying on shoulder/arm strength. People hear the term and start thinking it's hocus pocus (sometimes not helped by people who train these kind of things deliberately mystifying it.

We do something similar called a "waveform".

Can anyone here do Fa Jing?

I'm still learning the method & have a ways to go. Having been on the receiving end I can tell you it's real. What your body feels to what your eyes see is impressive. With no prepatory or wind up motion explosive power is release at the moment of contact.

Fa Jing, is the issuing of energy.

It is the release of energy from a posture of complete relaxation and balance, which stems from the waist area (dan tien). It requires a complex and intricate understanding of the concept of Qi, and the flow of Qi through the body, and is based upon the idea of spiralling energy from the waist up the back and issuing through the arms.

Give this a try as an idea: stand in wide horse stance in front of a heavy hanging bag, extend your arm out as if you have punched the bag,and the surface of your fist is lightly touching the bag. Now moving the waist in as small a circle as possible, move the bag without withdrawing your hand or extending the arm further, think of your arm as a whip the shoulder is the handle, the fist the tip, and the vibration should work from your waist , ripple down your arm and end past your fist in the bag.

Fajing can mean a push or a punch, which would you like to know about? Either one describes the whole body being used to do a quick "shake/strike" to put all of ones energy into the attacking limb.

Sorry this isn't it. The correct term is fajin. Jin is "trained power". It's a quick pulse of the body that creates a "short" power that penetrates the body. It drops you rather than sends you.
