Unfortunately, I've never studied the sytem directly but I have several friends & acquaintences that do. I believe you can find more info if you do a search on "Pai Lum Tao", "White Dragon Warrior Society" or "Glenn C. Wilson" or better yet "Daniel K Pai" Ben Kendrick"The more you sweat in training the less you bleed in battle..."
