Dylan.McCullough Posted February 14, 2006 Author Posted February 14, 2006 ok.. so i'm in the small town of Fredericton, why would there be an "American TKD Associtaion" running, if i'm in canada.. hello there
Dylan.McCullough Posted February 15, 2006 Author Posted February 15, 2006 hahahahaha I HAVE FOUND A JKD ACADEMY... GOOD TO GO!! it is under the ICMAUA.. is this trustworthy foks?? hello there
jeff5 Posted March 1, 2006 Posted March 1, 2006 Dylan. Can you post a link to the school if it has one? The other thing I'd say is check their lineage. Not everyone HAS to be certified by someone who learned from Bruce Lee in order to be a good teacher. But I would recommend checking who they've trained with and when. In the end the main thing is take some classes and judge for yourself. There's no better way.
cathal Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 ok.. so i'm in the small town of Fredericton, why would there be an "American TKD Associtaion" running, if i'm in canada..Most likely dojo affiliation. The instructor no doubt is part of that organization and earned his/her credentials with them. My organization is "Japan Karate Association" but I am in atlantic Canada as well. .The best victory is when the opponent surrendersof its own accord before there are any actualhostilities...It is best to win without fighting.- Sun-tzu
