kyokushin_coe Posted January 31, 2006 Share Posted January 31, 2006 I PASSED MY RANK TEST TONIGHT( PURPLE BELT BLACK STRIPE).I WAS SOMEWHAT CONCERNED ABOUT MY STAMINA.I WAS ABLE TO GET THROUGH THE HOUR AND FORTY FIVE MINUTE TEST WITHOUT MUCH DIFFICULTY.I BELIEVE THAT IN TIMES LIKE THESE WHEN YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT WE MAY GET NERVOUS TENSE UP AND ROB OURSELVES OF ENERGY.SO I MADE UP IN MY MIND , YOU ARE READY, RELAXE , TRUST IN YOUR TRAINING, AND DO IT.THANKS FOR ALL YOU GUYS HELP brown belt kyokushinkia Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
