ps1 Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 Rent the movie "Ninja Terminators." I will say only 3 things about it. Only one death in the whole movie (so much for termination)The fight scenes are extremely long (no words can make you understand)There is not one ninja in the entire movie... In fact... it's set in China PS1 "It is impossible to make anything foolproof because fools are so ingenius."
TaeKwonDo Afficianado Posted February 15, 2006 Posted February 15, 2006 Yes I actually am looking for crazy MA films.I love films that have so much action and stuff that you laugh at some of the fight scenes.... I like wire fighting scenes. I also like "real" fights but I prefer them to be insane. For anyone else looking for some really crazy stuff check out:Iron Monkey 2Ninja Death SeriesShaolin InvinciblesIf you have any more movies that are so insane the fights are hilarious, please post here, I am somewhat of a collector. Or just some movies with really good fight scenes.all the best,Tom
Spirit At Choice Posted February 15, 2006 Posted February 15, 2006 I just came across a huge selection of MA movies at a local dollar store. I haven't sat down to watch them yet, but judging from the blurbs, they promise some laughs.(Jackie Chan's nude streak through the Istanbul Bazaar in Accidental Spy may well be the hardest I've ever laughed during a MA movie. He's got great showmanship, that guy.) White belt mind. Black belt heart....Rejoice and be glad!
HumanTyphoon Posted February 17, 2006 Posted February 17, 2006 It was Shogun's Ninja or something like that.Let me tell you know....the action is awesome. It is even better than some of the stuff Hollywood tries to pull off. But the thing that makes it laughable is the music.....it's like it comes out of some porno movie or something. For example when the old master is introduced....it plays a slow love type jazz song for a serious and "cool" scene. If you take a crooked path and have to go through a cliff. Either hope there is a bridge, or learn to fly.
L0G1C Posted April 11, 2006 Posted April 11, 2006 These two movies are really good, but there's one thing that messes them all up. Both "Legend of Drunken Master" and "Once Upon a time in China" have the white guy that know some type of fighting. It's really funny.P.S. have anyone of yall seen the Wu-Tang Clan sponsered MA films. They do a lot of remakes and stuff of old Shaw Bros. "Drunken Monkey" "See, this verse is blessed with this skill from a subject and verb specialist. My lyrics hit ya mental like a double reverse crescent kick.See, y'all can mention me as that emcee as 10th degree verbal black belt."
HumanTyphoon Posted April 12, 2006 Posted April 12, 2006 Ohhhh ho ho ho....looks like we got ourselves a high class MC here, eh Logic? Nah, haven't seen the Wu-Tang videos, but it sounds cool, as I'm an admirer of them. If you take a crooked path and have to go through a cliff. Either hope there is a bridge, or learn to fly.
Holland Posted April 16, 2006 Posted April 16, 2006 Shaolin Soccer. My wife hated it, but I thought it was hilarious. Also loved Kung Pow...I guess I have a demented sense of humor.
Sohan Posted April 16, 2006 Posted April 16, 2006 I loved Kung Pow. Unfortunately it has ruined me for many kung fu films. I couldn't make it through Shaolin Soccer. I had seen Kung Fu Hustle and thought it was funny, but SS left me flat.Respectfully,Sohan "If I cannot become one of extraordinary accomplishment, I will not walk the earth." L0G1C Posted April 18, 2006 Posted April 18, 2006 Any Chuck norris movie made in the past two decades. marie curie Posted April 18, 2006 Posted April 18, 2006 Shaolin Soccer. My wife hated it, but I thought it was hilarious.Definately!!!But get subtitled- not dubbed. My copy has neither (I bought it while in China) and I had a freind who's Mandarin is better than mine translate most of what I couldn't follow, so it was a little (only a smidge) less rediculus than the dubbed one and the subtitiled one You suck-train harder.......................Don't block with your faceA good traveler has no fixed plans, and is not intent on arriving. -Lao Tzu
