Drunken Master Posted April 9, 2002 Posted April 9, 2002 :karate:Could someone tell me at how many posts we are awarded with our next Karateforums belt. Yes I know that the colour of your belt doesn't matter, but you have to admit the black ones look really cool. http://www.brianrbarton.com/dojang/dojangcouklogo.gif
Bitseach Posted April 9, 2002 Posted April 9, 2002 http://www.karateforums.com/forums/faq.php#ranks Go here and you'll see the rankings - on your 25th post you'll pass your first forum grading! (we're probably in the wrong place here with this topic - they are quite strict with the topic headings - a good thing but can be confusing certainly!) As you can see, I am but a lowly white belt on this forum, myself! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~My karma will run over your dogma~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
SaiFightsMS Posted April 9, 2002 Posted April 9, 2002 Do not under rate your self bitseah. You are doing a wonderful job. Many who have been here longer than you do not know how to link like that. I hope to see many of your posts. Actually how to earn rank is a good question. The only way to learn is to ask. This forum is an excellant place to ask questions. And another great way to learn is to help look for answers. Make any sense? Sai
spinninggumby Posted April 9, 2002 Posted April 9, 2002 Red looks better than black in my humble opinion  hehehehehe 'Conviction is a luxury for those on the sidelines'William Parcher, 'A BEAUTIFUL MIND'

ad Posted April 9, 2002 Posted April 9, 2002 why is everybody obsessed with these cyber belts??? they mean nothing, even if one is a belt higher its not that we should treat them with more respect, i feel we should treat those with more respect with those people who actually are black belts and dan in an actual martial art, not in cyber belts jeez Brown Sash Hsing I/Lau Gar Kung FuBrown Belt San Shou17 yr oldhttp://www.selfdefencehelp.co.uk
Patrick Posted April 9, 2002 Posted April 9, 2002 Jack, We are not. Ad, No one said it did. Belts are in good fun. I believe that if you are just going to spoil the fun of others, the phrase "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all" applies. It is just a novelty item and doesn't really mean anything. Some people enjoy them and that is a great. That is what they are there for, fun.
