KNOCK THEM OUT!

It takes sacrifice to be the best.

There are always two choices, two paths to take. One is easy. And its only reward is that it's easy.

When I spar my plan was never to let the other guy get set. When the other person was in kicking distance i would either jam them or back away. when they were beginning to set to punch i move and change the angle.

Usually though eventually I end up standing toe to toe and slugging/kicking it out.

Honor is the most important thing a man has once you lose it it is gone forever

within a sparring match

there is always two differnt fighters

the defender and attacker

there is no such thing as two attackers

the main objective is to never be the defender

always go at him,

i always follow the same quidelines

1. always move,

2. always hit

3. always counter

4. never use just one technique,

5. and always use the space provided, tire him out, give him a dumy, then send him sleeping

i say there is, when 2 fighters clash in the same time.

actually, i don't think being a defender is all that bad. as long as you don't let the other guy hit you, then you're the one with the advantage. you guys do know how exhausting punching air is, do you? i do

of course there can be 2 aggressors fighitng in the ring.......i consider myself a real aggressor and i have fought many aggressors as well.......just kinda becomes a really bloody fight

if you look at any fight, any fight at all, lets take a boxing match, one person will go all out at another, and the other boxer would crouch down and defend himself, thus making him the defender,

but i might change in the next round, the roles change, but the idea is not to be viewed at being the battered, but the batterer , does that make any sense??
