Daveo Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 I'm looking for Wing chun schools around my area and found this Academy.Doe's the school look like it's reasonable?http://www.leungsmartialarts.com/home.html
MizuRyu Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 Seems like a quality school to me. Mr. Leung seems to have a very impressive repetoire and seems as though he's striving for a more traditional approach. He's part of the Yip Ching lineage, same as our school, and if it's anything like mine, expect a LOT of hard work! Jay Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 the linage is what you want and this guy has it so its a very good school tai chis good as well The key to everything is continuity achieved by discipline.
stonecrusher69 Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 Looks like a good school.I certainly give it a go. http://www.youtube.com/user/sifumcilwrath"When the student is ready the master will appear"
back_fist Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 Yes, it certainly looks reasonable. It appears to be far more respectable than many schools I have seen. Though I'm not sure why he feels it necessary to teach both Yang and Chen Taichi. I would definatley go for the chen if you are interested in taichi. To be worn out is to be renewed. -Lao Tzu
