welcome, and as for pointers, my mouse has a cool little arrow that trails slightly. :brow:

Hello Hello! Well Welcome!

I can say that if you have any questions to ask specifically - create a post. I remember when I had my first belt test. I was so Nervous. Very Nervous! during the test i didn't really screw up but still didn't have ideas for self-defence on my own. after the first test you know what it's like and it's easier to settle your nerves the next time.

Now maybe your not nervous - So then i'd say... Have fun!! Learn what you can and enjoy the workout!

Read KFs when ever you can. There's lots here to learn aswell.

Pointers:

Be as open minded as possible.

Do what you are told in class.

Help others where you can, keep your mouth shut when you can't.

Always try your best.

If you feel great, go to training and enjoy. If you feel terrible, go to training and sweat it out.

Most of all.... ENJOY YOURSELF.

The mind is like a parachute, it only works when it's open.
