Red J Posted January 8, 2006 Share Posted January 8, 2006 Are you currently serving or in a job/school with a lot of people? If so get the word out. You could probably find someone to train with. I did that when I went to college and bumped into this guy who had more experience than me in a totally different style. It turned out to be a great year of learning. I also echo the others with kata, bag work, running, etc. It can get tough after a while without some variety. I had to lose my mind to come to my senses.
