Are you currently serving or in a job/school with a lot of people? If so get the word out. You could probably find someone to train with. I did that when I went to college and bumped into this guy who had more experience than me in a totally different style. It turned out to be a great year of learning.

I also echo the others with kata, bag work, running, etc. It can get tough after a while without some variety.

I had to lose my mind to come to my senses.

There's lots you can do on your own. Do forms, bag work, even shadow boxing with martial arts techniques. Pretty well everything except sparring can be done alone.
