I know everyone watches martial arts movies, and most martial art actors influence us,well van damme and bruce lee influence me to do martial arts.

My goal is to be a movie actor, like van damme.I know van damme cant act,and most of the martial artist's cant act, look at jackie chan,he cant evan speak english that good.

Would any of you consider doing acting,as in acting in martial arts movies.?..i would like to know if you would or if you wouldnt.Bye

van_damme, Jackie Chan IS skilled, but he learned martial arts for his acting career. He was an actor, first and foremost, and he is a very talented actor. Do you think that you could go to china and be as proficient in chinese as he is in english, while being a good actor? If not, dont diss him for not being the best at english. Besides, its been said that english is one of the hardest languages in the world to learn.

And to answer the original question, yeah. Acting in a martial arts movie would be really fun. If there was an offer, I wouldnt turn it down.
