Kill Jill
I just wondered whether any of you could perhaps suggest a favorite book that's related to Taekwondo?I sometimes wonder whether a static work on paper can really help you appreciate this dynamic sport. But, if there are any books that I haven't so far uncovered, I'd like to hear about how they've affected you.Cheers.Happy Christmas, too! stoneheart
The best technical manuals I've seen are Secrets of Korean Karate by Sihak Henry Cho and Taekwondo by Richard Chun.

aefibird
The Idiot's Guide to TKD is a very fun book and is good for beginners to the dojang. It won't tell anyone past about 8th/7th kup anything that they don't already know....but like I said, not everyone is a high kup or dan grade and we all have to learn info from somewhere! This book is a good place to start. "Was it really worth it? Only time and death may ever tell..." The Beautiful South - The Rose of My CologneSheffield Steelers!
