It is good thereafter as well.Good luck! Gaoguy Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 Often you will baduanjin done isometrically but my teacher, Luo Dexiu, taught me what he calls "dao" style. Only the "fist" exercise had any tension.
