A basic why is to meditate everyday.there sre also many styles of qi gong sets you can practice all so.All styles are good.The main thing is find a good teacher.

before you find a teacher it would be a good idea to read up on chi gong and meditation.Learn the basic techniqes and theories involved.

Just go to google and look up Zhan Zhuang: Standing Like a Tree Qigong

However, it is wise to have someone who knows what to look for to help correct your form and or structure, since doing it wrong can also can discomfort or pain, etc.

breathing is the key. Learn to breathe naturally, the rest will come to you.

find a good instructor and like they said, start reading up on material.

Posture and mindset, in addition to breathing are just as important.

I teach to not necessarily focus on any one thing, and that includes breathing.
