glockmeister
Well good luck in whatever you decide to persue. Each has his or her own preferences and the important thing is to feel comfortable with whatever style you choose "You know the best thing about pain? JusticeZero
Sure, it's extremely practical for a woman, but usually women aren't "practical" anywhere near as much as they are confined by extremely restrictive comfort levels. jaymac
It honestly sounds like you might not benefit from this school just because you already have a closed mind to some of it. If you are really interested in martial arts, look around for something that catches your interest. Unfortunately, I have never come acrosses a dojo that does not do some sort of warm up at the beginning of class followed by stretching. Just as everyone has previously said, you want to warm your body up and then stretch out to prevent injury to your muscles. Good luck. A great martial artist is one who is humble and respectful of others.
Jay
Just get some media on the martial art and teach yourself if taught myself various things from about 5 different styles and i can execute them correctly however if you are going to do this you should have a solid background in one martial art look for an art you like and if you still want to do krav manga then teach yourself while doing that other martial art The key to everything is continuity achieved by discipline.
