I'm 18, male (I think that is what this chart is telling me). I still don't have my license. Dunno why. Guess I don't really want one. Too much responsibility, and the insurance in NC is HORRIBLE!!! Plus I figure I'll be in training for the army for 62 weeks (ooh, and a day) and won't be allowed to ride in a POV.
