it doesn't specifically detail the emotional burden, but sort of alludes to his difficulty in coping with whatever burden it is.

that's the first one i could think of off the top of my head, i'm sure there are better examples.

You may want to look at Walt Whitman, some of his cantos in Song of Myself and other works are sort of troubled.

My friend wrote this one and it's now my favorite haiku (it's pretty silly and clearly not what you need but I couldn't resist posting it)

Where is my napkin

I used it to write haiku

I can blame no one

Or there's always the all time classic:

C is for cookie

that is good enough for me

C is for cookie

;)
