stolen_bones
has anybody got any songs that they use for motivation when they train? I am really into my training and really enjoy doing it, but is there any song(s) that you reckon that just want to make u train that little bit harder.A classic that I can think of is Eye of the Tiger by Survivor. What do u reckon? Evade, Block, CounterIf it works, use it!

ravenzoom
I normally listen to heavy metal music. But one cd that boosts my training is the rocky collection album. A real booster!!
Zorba
what about "your the best" from the karate kid soundtrackevery time i need some inspiration i put on that , eye of the tiger and we will rock you (one that was recorded by john farnham fronting the original queen line up for the National Rugby League in australia) It takes a big man to admit when he's wrong, and I am NOT a big man.Tae Kwon Do (ITF) - 1st Dan Black BeltShotokan Karate - 6th Kyu

Kara
i think I'm like the only person here that will say this, but for me it's rap and spanish reggeaRAP?! HELL NO! no, i just dont see it.... sorry.... But I would ABSOLUTELY love the Rocky Soundtrack - Metalica - any Punk or Metal - Also anything that has less lyrics and more instrumental - Definatly some old kung-fu fighting music - something to get the energy pumped! Basically high energy stuff with good taste. And of course there are times when you'd just want Simple - Gentle - Mellow - music if you dont feel like being "Pumped up" KBear"lick your wounds, anxious for the next ones"
