Your best bet and finding sretching excercises is in the Health, Fitness and Trainging forum.

Oh I haven't been to India. We had someone in our lab from India and he recently moved back home after 4 yrs in the US. I'd love to go visit he and his family someday though.

Everyone I've met from India has been great. Shridhar and his wife were some of the nicest people I know and I'm going to miss him now that he's gone...

Welcome to KF, my fellow Desi. Hows the weather in Kolkata? I haven't been back to India in a long time.

I heard there is a new Martial Art in India called "Ishudo". That incorporate Ninjitsu and other grappling methods (I think).
