Last night I got kneed in between the spheres, luckly it was only a light tap the guy I was fighting never learned to use curved knees and it was his first time sparing.

I want something that offers me protection that can be concealed yet not a hassle to put on when I need to. Can anyone recommend equipment?

Aikido have names for techniques like "heaven and earth."which represents the creation of the universe along with a philosophical meaning.

Muay Thai have names for techniques like "closing the lamp", which means "punch him in the eye."

While I haven't ried that model, I've used that style & had good results. I've used Ringside's kickboxing cup & it works quite well. And its easy to put on & take off, too.

i also have a very similiar model only different in brand, and it hurts alot less getting kicked in the nuts with it than without, put it that way

can be worn outside the uniform???

*doesn't want to ask*

A cup is better than no cup, a higher end cup is worth the extra $ because -if- you get nailed in the crotch, it won't hurt as much *better fitting, more comfortable padding around the rim, better distribution of force*

I havn't used that type specificaly, but at first glance it looks pretty solid.

Think before you act, but act before it's too late.
