The movement is not realistic looking to me. The timing, appears unnatural as if the video is being played faster then real time.

I've seen kenpo masters that can move really fast(almost as fast as this) but this one is a bit "too fast" besides, if you listen carefully, the bird sounds change as he starts moving faster, go slower with the kick, and then resume as he finishes the katas

look at the guy doing at the kata and the trees behind. if it was edited the trees would have been moving fast too. either that or they used state-of-the-art technology.

I agree he was the only thing moving fast not the trees. And the quality of the video wasnt that great so it might have looked faster then it actualy was.

The video looked like it was faked in some way, ie, it did not look real. This could be due to its poor quality.

The kata, however, is very real. In my style, we do this kata, and it flows pretty much as the video depicts, albeit, obviously not that fast.

Ha! This is definitely edited. It's not just the speed that gives it away. Look at the way the leaves in the back move for example. It's definitely not 'raw' video. I don't think it's sped up by much but definitely is sped up and edited.
