karatekid1975
Amen, mean fighter (your second post, that is). I am my own worse critic also. Laurie F
orion82698
You answered your own question. [Talking to yourself]Am I really training hard enough?Do I have good balance? Is my form there? What about my power?Should I take more time to study?Perhaps add another day of the week?I believe it is just as important to focus on martial arts training as it is to have a social life. Do not let one out weigh the other. Just as you do in your diet, you need to properly balance your life! I don't have to be the best, just better than you!Working towards 11% BF and a Six pack
