Am I really training hard enough?

Do I have good balance?

Is my form there?

What about my power?

Should I take more time to study?

Perhaps add another day of the week?

I believe it is just as important to focus on martial arts training as it is to have a social life. Do not let one out weigh the other. Just as you do in your diet, you need to properly balance your life!

I don't have to be the best, just better than you!
