MasterH Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 I am a practioner of Youn Wha Ryu Tae Kwon Do, and I have a tournament coming up soon. What are some good balace/flexibility exercises to get quick results? I only have two weeks. 2 week is not adequate time, so think longterm. I own a stretching machine, use it 15 minutes a day, then work on slow kicks. Adam (Fluffy) Huntleyhttps://www.rleeermey.comhttps://www.martialartsindustry.net
orion82698 Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 MasterH, Do you feel that those stretching machines are really worth is? Have they truely helped your hips, side kicks and splits? I don't have to be the best, just better than you!Working towards 11% BF and a Six pack
Aodhan Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 Which style do you have? I have the curved bar (Looks like an old recurve bow) that has straps at the ends, and have considered the one with the leg extensions that you ratchet back (More support).Anyone else have any machines they prefer?Aodhan There are some people who live in a dream world, and there are some who face reality; and then there are those who turn one into the other.-Douglas Everett, American hockey player
