Goju_boi Posted October 30, 2005 Posted October 30, 2005 'Zum Zum Zum Capoeira Mata Um' (Zoom Zoom Zoom, Capoeira kills one)that's what I thought it was.Man Portugese is so similar to spanish.I think I could go and live in Brazil without even speaking a word of portugese. https://www.samuraimartialsports.com for your source of Karate,Kobudo,Aikido,And Kung-Fu
koala_style Posted October 31, 2005 Posted October 31, 2005 i've been training capoeira for a couple years. it's definitely a MA, just got a different focus, not specifically self defense.
Goju_boi Posted November 2, 2005 Posted November 2, 2005 man that's a weird mix of styles you have there!Capoeira with slow soft internal arts. https://www.samuraimartialsports.com for your source of Karate,Kobudo,Aikido,And Kung-Fu
JusticeZero Posted November 2, 2005 Posted November 2, 2005 Yeah, you can get by with Spanish, but there's a bunch of linguistic traps to trip you up, so be careful if you do.And I don't find the combination of Capoeira with internal arts to be all that odd, though the conflicts with body dynamics drives me up the wall.
