I've never read Pat McCarthy's version but I did brief through George Alexanders a long time ago.I'd be interested in hearing your comparison. SuzukiA book of hidden leaves - ?Bibishi - ?Muay Thai, Concepts - DelpTripitaka - Siddhartha Gautama Tao ti ching - Lao Tzu cannon of judo - Jigoro Kano47 Ronin - ?The sweet science - ?The Wudan mountain manual (jk)anything by krishnamurti (really good stuff)over all these books have had the most positive effect on my training i will go rent some of the previousely mentioned books too.
