mortious
when landing ur punch how should ur fist hit them?? Side on or straight??and why?? Whenever i hit something straight my fingers hit first because they are sticking out further than my knuckles. i cant seem to get them to go straight as they are not very flexible
Adonis
make the same straight fist you have problems with and place it against a wall or unmoveable object then push on the object. Get it to where only your index and middle knuckles are the ones that are pushing or touching the wall. Make sure the back of your hand is in alighnment with your forarm on one plane. Could be your hitting the target in a bad angle your, your forarm and wrist aren't alighned (having a lose or limp wrist) also maybe your not curling your fingers in enough.
