Ok.. So you need training tips , right ?? If so then I understand from what you have mentioned in your original post that you are not that good in standup fighting , work more on the bag start with 2 minutes drills and then constantly increase the time . One thing I find useful to increase stamina is to run 480 meters 5 times per day ( actually I do 13 ) find a partner to spare with , work on one and only one combination of moves , and finally ask your instructor on what to do

If you feel more comfortable on the ground , train to keep the fight there ( train more on takedowns )
