Hello,

I train in Shotokan. We have five shodans, one nidan, and the sensei is a yondan.

McNerny :)

A good technique is beautiful but a beautiful technique is not always good.

Shotokan

We have two Shodans, one Nidan, one Sandan, and two Yondans.

You do not need to be flexible to do a Jodan (head kick), if your opponent is already on the ground.
