kheb3350 Posted September 24, 2005 Posted September 24, 2005 I've got grading for the first time next Sunday. Slightly nervous about this. It takes half a day and there will be quite a few people watching whilst you're grading. Any tips/or simple thoughts to think about whilst I am there on the day?
darkness Posted September 24, 2005 Posted September 24, 2005 Well, personally I find the best thing for me is to warm my body up well and do stretches before. I find it really increases my performance and helps to relax my mind and body. Best wishes
