Rawai was the camp just down the road from me, it looked quality!

I hear that a big part of the training in the camps is a very strict diet, they try to lose as much excess weight as possible, although Thai fighters are different builds than Western fighters.

I definitely recommend doing some training over there. You will be meeting and training with some of the most creative and powerful martials artists in the world. The diet is a key to keeping up with these masters. So be hard on yourself with this and you will be pleasantly rewarded.

I would like to here the outcome. Do you have a blog or somewhere where you will be writing about your trip?
