Gladiator gloves

Recently got a pair of open finger sparring gloves made by "Gladiator" (AWMA http://www.awma.com/index.cfm/action/productdetail/product_id/9982.htm

These are the Cobra model. I've sparred about 15 times with them now. These are the best gloves I have tried. Very protective and comfortable.

Not a advertisement...just a satisfied review.

I bought the same gloves. From the first time I sparred with them on, I loved them. They are very comfortable and are even better after you break them in a bit. They don't hamper takedowns and throws and protect the pinky finger a lot better than my old gloves.(I broke it when it got hooked in my opponents ghi )

I'm not a big fan of fingerless because we fight with mask cages

The closed finger design would make gappling and grabs difficult. They'd be OK for pure standup sparring.
