b3n Posted September 17, 2005 Posted September 17, 2005 Mine would probably be the mortal kombat series, especially the newer ones with the real fighting styles. But i have recently found a Japanese game called TaeKwonDo for SNES. Quite fun My Nidan Grading! Jade Posted September 17, 2005 Posted September 17, 2005 Well...mortalk kombat is definitely the best one ...a bit supernatural with excessive gore but fun and entertaining. Also the street fighters serie wasn't bad though. "With a bit of imagination, kata can be deadly." - Hidy Ochiai
y2_sub Posted September 17, 2005 Posted September 17, 2005 Mortal kombat series for ever, and I like tekken as well Moon might shine upon the innocent and the guilty alike

Superfoot Posted September 18, 2005 Posted September 18, 2005 Virtua Fighter? My faves are the Tekken series, Fatal Fury, The Last Blade, King of the Fighters and Samurai Shodown. Oh, and lets not forget the Street Fighter's and MK's. Those just go without saying. Guilty Gear is a worthy mention too. Perfect Practice makes Perfect.
theadric Posted October 15, 2005 Posted October 15, 2005 The King of Iron Fist Tournements(Tekken) where the best. Street fighters started it all over here in the US didn't they? MKs where fun but far fetched. -TheadricWhite Belt
orion82698 Posted October 15, 2005 Posted October 15, 2005 K1 baby! and Street Fighter! I don't have to be the best, just better than you!Working towards 11% BF and a Six pack

RoninGurl Posted October 17, 2005 Posted October 17, 2005 I grew up on Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter and Tekken. So those three.
mean fighter Posted October 23, 2005 Posted October 23, 2005 I love tekken especially the fifth one, but I dont suppose anyone will accept Soul Calibur as a martial arts game would they? If you wash your hands in anger, you never have clean hands
