tufrthanu Posted October 3, 2005 Posted October 3, 2005 Oy, NM...remind me not to tell any more jokes on the forum. You see they couldnt name it French Mexico...because there was already a country named Mexico. Long Live the Fighters!
Goju_boi Posted October 3, 2005 Posted October 3, 2005 Hmm ok , I guess,But that doesn't explain why it was named indochina? https://www.samuraimartialsports.com for your source of Karate,Kobudo,Aikido,And Kung-Fu
tufrthanu Posted October 3, 2005 Posted October 3, 2005 Man you really need to work on the sense of humor. Anyway from what I could find Indochina is named such because its indian chinese. Other than that I dont know...you can always look around Wikipedia. Long Live the Fighters!
Goju_boi Posted October 3, 2005 Posted October 3, 2005 yeah that's a great site. Also,It's not that I don't have a sense of humor,it's just that I was trying to figure out what exactly you were trying to say about my country. https://www.samuraimartialsports.com for your source of Karate,Kobudo,Aikido,And Kung-Fu

IcemanSK Posted October 14, 2005 Posted October 14, 2005 It would really deepend on the person. I think I've been around long enough to be skeptical of most folks in martial arts . At least not take rank or race as the ultimate authority. Given my past experiences, however. I'd like a Korean instructor. Cuz the one I had was a great guy! He moved away, & we lost touch. theadric Posted October 14, 2005 Posted October 14, 2005 It doesn't matter to me. If the instructor is good/qualified/able. Then that is all I need. -TheadricWhite Belt
Soo Min Posted October 15, 2005 Posted October 15, 2005 it doesn't particularly matter to me, although one boy who recently arrived to the states from korea switched to a different school cuz our instructor is a westerner and his parents apparently wanted him to have a korean teacher.
