For those who don't know there are movie productions of the two popoular video games Dead or Alive, Tekken and Mortal Kombat Devastation scheduled for release in 2006. I intend on gathering opinions on several subjects on these movies by posting polls and questions just for fun.

My first question on this subject is the action/martial arts directors. Unlike earlier films based on fighting games like Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, and Mortal Kombat Annihilation; America has been graced with the arrival of Hong Kong's greatest action stars and directors. So my question is which director would fit the movies being filmed.

tekken movie wooooooooohooooooooo i love that game id say sammo hung with jackie chan but i put sammo in the poll

Man , Tekken's 3D thing looks like real life actors :P (in teh game I mean )

nah I don't think jakie will be good for tekken, he's too much on the comedy side.I think that yuen woo ping or cory yuen will fit better for tekken.

Yep , he is more about comedy , but he is an excellent stunt master as well , he doesn't have to be in the movie any way ....
