I wouldn't use it in a fight though, it seems to me to waste too much energy, and odds are he's going to kick you when you're doing it. Only possibly for intimidation factor. It took a lot longer to land, but whenever I put my hands behind it just didn't feel comfortable. I guess I'm just weird like that...Although in a fight it may not be amazingly practical... it does make a good party trick! The best armour is to keep out of range.
