McNerny Posted September 11, 2005 Posted September 11, 2005 Hey, I would say the Tekken series. If you like weapon fighting, Soul Calibur is really good too. I believe they are coming out with a third one soon...McNerny A good technique is beautiful but a beautiful technique is not always good. -Hirokazu Kanazawa

orion82698 Posted September 15, 2005 Author Posted September 15, 2005 It's a shame that they haven't created a tournament MA game. Much like boxing. Where you train yourself, and go up againt challenges, then go to matches. I would mosdef buy that game. Maybe I should develop it I don't have to be the best, just better than you!Working towards 11% BF and a Six pack

Maybe I should develop it well you don't have to do that because I already have it.Some time ago I bought K-1 World Grand Prix. This game is pretty much like what you are describing, but it's even better.Because it has real fighters and when you fight theres actual foot work and realistic moves. The best part is that it's not a button masher, you have to see what areas are open to strike and deliver a punch or kick to that area.I seriously recomend it for people that are into martial arts.At least rent it at the video store. You can find it cheap and even cheaper used at game stores. good luck https://www.samuraimartialsports.com for your source of Karate,Kobudo,Aikido,And Kung-Fu

orion82698 Posted September 17, 2005 Author Posted September 17, 2005 I couldn't find it anywhere last night. Might have to pick it up online. I don't have to be the best, just better than you!Working towards 11% BF and a Six pack
Goju_boi Posted September 17, 2005 Posted September 17, 2005 yes it does have training sessions, when you through the career mode before a fight you have three chances to train. You can train in sparring, defense, combinations, etc. As for finding it I'm guessing that you will have a hard time, because when I went there was only that copy and used.I havent seen it anywhere else since then. One more thing if you want to get it online go here:http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?cgiurl=http%3A%2F%2Fcgi.ebay.com%2Fws%2F&fkr=1&from=R8&satitle=K-1+world+grand+prixgood luck https://www.samuraimartialsports.com for your source of Karate,Kobudo,Aikido,And Kung-Fu
Jade Posted September 18, 2005 Posted September 18, 2005 I'm a big fan of Mortal Kombat.....Deadly Alliance and Deception are two good titles for x-box and ps2. "With a bit of imagination, kata can be deadly." - Hidy Ochiai
