no not yet, he still hasnt decided, it will be a long time before it is a full system. he only has the waza complete up tp nidan

yeah, the schools been open for about 3 years and the highest adult rank is a 5th kyu and highest childs rank is a 2nd so he has a while

I suggest you to participate in winter shorin ryu seminar in Houston, you can see different shorin styles ,i guess sensei Lindsey will be there too, this way you can compare them with your sensei's new system.

I didn't know my hometown had any shorin ryu dojos?

They have all the right to be mad but i do think it isnt right for them to be mad, Shroin Ryu is based off of Shaoln Kung Fu and the person who made it probally got flack about it from the Monks...but its just that people dont like seeing something they have worked hard in altered by another person who just wants to make it better thats all

Martial arts training is 30% classroom training, 70% solo training.

a lot of karate styles are based off kung fu,is shorin ryu based of northern shaolin or some other kung fu style?Also I thought that shorinji kempo was the art based off shaolin?
