Goju_boi Posted October 7, 2005 Posted October 7, 2005 hey those guys were pretty fast.Hey I have a question for you.Do you mix in your sumo training with your goju ryu or your ju jitsu? If so how? https://www.samuraimartialsports.com for your source of Karate,Kobudo,Aikido,And Kung-Fu
Rikishi Posted October 8, 2005 Author Posted October 8, 2005 Yes! Karate gives more speed and endurance for both Sumo and Ju-jitsu. Sumo gives more power for karate and ju-jitsu, and ju-jitsu gives me more stamina, and helps me with my ground moves. So it's like this: i can make a karate speedy, powerfull sumo takedown and finish with a grappling move. One year later.....! Japan again..This time to win, and not to get injured I HOPE!
