Yes! Karate gives more speed and endurance for both Sumo and Ju-jitsu. Sumo gives more power for karate and ju-jitsu, and ju-jitsu gives me more stamina, and helps me with my ground moves.

So it's like this: i can make a karate speedy, powerfull sumo takedown and finish with a grappling move. :)
