I just had a look on google, I had no luck with Nanshoalin Wuzuquan, but I found out a little bit of information about Chuen shu Kuan.

It is an old Chinese martial arts, which aims to improve on meditation and self defence with the use of quiqong exercise.

I couldn't find a whole lot, but you may have better look if you have a look for yourself

there is a teacher in Florida that teaches Wuzuquan. I have also been unsuccessful in finding out more information on this. Good luck with your search
