I do shukokai karate - fabourite kata to do probably Pinan Yondan or Matsukazi. Love watching senior Dan grades perform their kata. Just hope when I get to that level I will be able to do it justice

My first favorite would be Kyoku Shichidan, closely rivaled by Choshin.

Wanshu (with its hidden punches), Passai Sho and Dai (many "secret" aspects I am still discovering), and Gojushiho. In that order.

Naihanchi forms get honorable mention because I enjoy fighting from horse stance. Lots of bunkei that are not obvious.

Favorite kata? Umm...that's a good question....My favorite kata that I've been through (can't remember how to do, of course) is Pinan Yodan. My favorite that I do know how to do is Naihanchi Shodan.

But really, I love kata in general.
