McNerny Posted August 24, 2005 Posted August 24, 2005 Hey Menjo, Yeah, I like it too. Wrestling does actually help my karate. It improves balance, helps you to defend against takedowns, not to mention really improves your grapplng ability. Plus wrestling itself is quite tiring so it helps build stamina which is useful during hard training sessions at the dojo. granmasterchen Posted September 11, 2005 Posted September 11, 2005 I like to hit with all parts of the body.I love backfists....round house kicks (top of foot)hook kicks (heel)palm strikeselbowsfinger attacksridge handsspear hands...a few of these attacks are only practiced on the bag or other striking apparatus.....to deadly to do on opponents That which does not destroy me will only make me stronger
