HapkidoBlackbelt
I am fairly new to tricking as of right now all the tricks that I have in my bag are the 540 kick, the tornado kick, The Front hand spring, and working on the back tuck and back handspring. I am looking for tutorials that can help me with keeping my forms. If any one has any advice about the back flip let me know. I know advice doesn't give you the testicular fortitude to do a trick but any little tip helps.............Later grimlin
xma dragon
hey yea tutorials will be nice but while your looking try looking for video ones. The backflip is pretty easy you wanna practice jumping up and tucking your legs and hands first. Next, try swinging up in the air doing the same thing. Have someone spot you on a crash pa the first time you try the backflip so they can give you some extra spin the first time you try it. Push off as hard as you can a flip... takes some practice
