Sengra Posted September 16, 2005 Posted September 16, 2005 so why are nunchuks illegal in michigan?yeah, I really wanted to ask that question?^_^ The stronger swordsman does not always win.
Goju_boi Posted September 16, 2005 Author Posted September 16, 2005 I know that martial arts weapons are illegal in australia, but I don't know about that country's rules.Anyways here in america I've noticed that every state has their set of laws, and some have the weirdest laws. https://www.samuraimartialsports.com for your source of Karate,Kobudo,Aikido,And Kung-Fu
Sengra Posted September 18, 2005 Posted September 18, 2005 how about arnis sticks there in america? Here in the Philippines, they certainly are not illegal...you can carry it just about anywhere...^_^ The stronger swordsman does not always win.
Sphinx Posted September 18, 2005 Posted September 18, 2005 Well i dunno, my best mate has a pair of sais and you can still buy katanas, axes and stuff in shops. What i know is illegal is flipknives, throwing knives and stars!!!, and blowguns and crossbows. When i went to thailand in july i bought a heap of weapons, coz there all so cheap!!! Anyway in customs i got the throwing stars and the flipknife taken away, but i still got batons, an axe, a couple of tactical knives, a display katana and caltrops in. Caltrops are what ninjas use, you throw them on the ground then run and when your enemy walks on them they get blades shoved in there foot. But after my 6 year old brother accidentally stepped on one my mum destroyed them. Yeh so i dunno, can you still buy combat swords??? Buy low, sell high, take your pills, tell your lies, fake your tan, wear a tie, go to the gym, you'll never die !!!
Goju_boi Posted September 18, 2005 Author Posted September 18, 2005 well sengra as for your question,it depends on state to state, but I' m guessing theyre legal anywhere.I've seen a lot of filipino schools in america , so I don't think theyre illegal. https://www.samuraimartialsports.com for your source of Karate,Kobudo,Aikido,And Kung-Fu
Sphinx Posted September 21, 2005 Posted September 21, 2005 Hey i heard a couple of days ago on the news about a man who took some drug. Anyway, he attacked a couple of women and started choping them up with it and the only reason he stopped was coz he broke the sword doing it. So i guess there is going to be an even stricter law on swords. Buy low, sell high, take your pills, tell your lies, fake your tan, wear a tie, go to the gym, you'll never die !!!
