DC area schools

Does anyone know of a good school that teaches ground work in the DC area. (perferably on the VA side of the river)

I was interested in Jiu Jitsu in the NOVA area myself and was about to ask the same question when I noticed your post. On the Internet it shows two schools in the NOVA area. One is part of the Gracia association of BJJ and has a dojo in Alexandria. Its' website is at: http://www.gracieva.com/. The other is called Yamasaki Academy and conducts training in Springfield, Chantilly, and Rockville, MD. Its' website is: http://www.grappling.com/.

Does anyone know which of these two schools is better?
