SaiFightsMS Posted March 12, 2002 Posted March 12, 2002 TOILET PAPER FACTS According to a 1999 survey by the Scott Paper Company: * You can gauge a person's education by whether they read in the bathroom. * More than 2/3 of the people with a master's degree and doctorates read in the stall. * Only one in two high school grads read while in the bathroom, and 56 percent of those with college degrees do. * Fifty four percent of Americans fold their toilet tissue neatly while 35 percent wad it into a ball before using it. * Seven percent steal rolls of toilet paper (hotels/motels) * More than sixty percent prefer that their toilet paper roll over the top, twenty nine percent from the bottom. The rest don't care. So do you read in yours?

chh Posted March 12, 2002 Posted March 12, 2002 * Fifty four percent of Americans fold their toilet tissue neatly while 35 percent wad it into a ball before using it. Exactly what do the remaining 11% do?? Yup, I read. And I firmly support the "over the top" stand on the placement issue, as should everyone (with the possible exception of households containing cats who enjoy unrolling things). Judging by the MA Goofs & Blunders post, I think Gloi should be considered the expert on MA training in the bathroom... [ This Message was edited by: chh on 2002-03-12 10:33 ]

SaiFightsMS Posted March 13, 2002 Author Posted March 13, 2002 The royal throne is a good place to practice the arm movements for the tekki katas. Maybe the other 11% still use corn cobs?

SaiFightsMS Posted March 15, 2002 Author Posted March 15, 2002 Actually I come from a long line of people who read in the throne room. When my mom redid her bathroom she added built in book and magazine racks to the wall next to the throne.
