Traditional vs Modern vs Mixed Martial arts- streetfighting

Recommended Posts

yeah but they don't cover tactics to deal with multiple opponents or weapons situation.

Either way I think the biggest martial art people need is some common sense.

Just my opinon. Alot of things can be avoided.

There are no proven strategies for dealing with multiple attackers, and Ive yet to see any that have a hint of working. One on one fighting is difficult enough with all the possible variables, multiple attackers puts those variables as almost limitless.

The same can be said for weapons situations. Gun defenses I think most of the time are ridiculous.

Multiple attackers is a big issue in MA. I personally find it hard to believe 1 guy can do 3 guys. He will obviously lose.

To win one hundred victories in one hundred battles is not the highest skill. To subdue the enemy without fighting is the highest skill.

It's not always about winning or losing.

In most cases where you are attacked by more than on person, it will be can you survive long enough to get away.

earth is the asylum of the universe where the inmates have taken over.

don't ask stupid questions and you won't get stupid answers.

moving around a group of 2 or 3 people keep one guy between you and the other does work enough to deal with one while getting out of there. So ther are theoris out there and strategys that do work but then there is a point depends on how well they work together to attack you.
