MasterH Posted September 7, 2005 Author Posted September 7, 2005 I am more of an OutKast type of guy when sparring...or I prefer to spar with no music whatsoever...It's background....when the track is over you switch partners. It also promotes a relaxed atmosphere, in a tense (sparring) situation. Adam (Fluffy) Huntleyhttps://www.rleeermey.comhttps://www.martialartsindustry.net
lapulid2 Posted September 12, 2005 Posted September 12, 2005 Master H, how could we forget!? "Kung fu fighting" by Carl Douglas..."everybody was kung fu fighting, ". ufaded Posted September 12, 2005 Posted September 12, 2005 I'm really not a techno fan, but I found that when we put that in while sparring that it really gets the timing thing going for you. I think a good start would be what we have in our studio, which is Paul Oakenfield (no words, just a great beat, and 15 minute songs).Just my two centsUfaded
