What style should I study? Wing Tsun or Hung Gar?

well I don't know if this helps,but in the movie kung-fu hustle,the guy in the beggining that only used punches was a hung gar master.Also if u have ever seen the old school movie the prodigal son,that movie is all about wing chun

I love both of those movies!! I went out and bought Prodigal Son, probably the best representation on Wing Chun to the public. I enjoyed Kung Fu Hustle and I liked that he used Iron rings, and the fact that he was a fairy cracked me up

lol yeah,I have prodigal son,but I don't know if I should go and buy kung-fu hustle.Does anybody know if the dvd is subtitled or if it's dubbed?

Actually I rented it and it is subtitled. I honestly think Im gonna go buy it when funds get around lol

so theres no english in mung fu hustle dvd?usually when those kind of movies come to dvd they get dubbed,don't know why this one doesn't

If you have studied Karate or TKD, then Kung Fu is a good complimentary way.

From there you could go into the Neijia aspects.

i guess it would be a good style if u have that kind of experience since both arts have a lot of chinese influence in them
